I'm going with a holiday theme this fall, with my next two shows on Veteran's Day and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Actually, that's completely coincidental, but perhaps it will inspire some new material. November 11 is a showcase presented by Flabby Hoffman, an intriguing local character whom I'm looking forward to meeting. January 23 is the familiar songwriter showcase at Uncommon Ground, but this time I've arranged to stack the lineup with fellow teachers from the Old Town School: Andrea Bunch and Aerin Tedesco, and Michael Schenkelberg. Both shows will be full of friends and fun.
